💰 Where does my contribution go?

Straight to the team. Every dollar (minus Stripe’s ~3% processing fee) goes directly into supporting BW Track & Field—covering essentials like gear, travel, meet fees, and athlete development. No middlemen, no funny business. Just faster kids with better shoes.

🧾 How are the funds managed?

Currently, contributions are processed through Endelea.Studio, Coach Logan’s consulting company. They’re bridging the gap until we finalize our 501(c)(3) booster club.

Important: Endelea is charging zero admin or management fees—just using their Stripe account to make things move. They also share full financial records upon request. We keep it clean.

📦 Why do the items cost what they cost?

Short answer: we’re racing the clock.
We’re paying retail prices for now—so yes, that Nike spike really does cost us $120. But we add a modest markup (e.g., $50 goes to the team on the shoe) to fundraise with every sale. Same deal with our Canva drop-ship gear.

We’re already working on slashing vendor costs for next season. Faster, cheaper, better.

To save money, we prefer pickup at the high school—you’ll get an email when your order’s ready.
If pickup’s not an option, shipping is available on orders of $70 or more.
